8th Grade Orchestra and Chorus students will be travelling to Disney World in March to experience the magic of Disney and create some unforgettable musical memories!​ Please use this page as a resource for any and all Disney questions, documents, and important dates.

Mandatory Parent Meeting: Wednesday, January 21st at 5:30PM in the Orchestra Room

Payment Schedule

WeTravel Login
Registration and payments are made using WeTravel (button above).
Registration is set to open on August 15th, 2025!
  • $0 — Amount due at booking
    • $300 — 1st payment due September 15th, 2025
    • $300 — 2nd payment due October 15th, 2025
    • $220 — Final payment due January 15th, 2026
Please note that once Disney tickets are purchased for your student, that amount ($450) is non-refundable.

Packing List

Students are limited to one suitcase and one "carry-on" bag. They should be able to carry everything in one trip, including their instrument! Pack lightly.

Medical Forms

There are two medical forms you may need to complete for your student.

PLEASE NOTE: if the proper medical paperwork is not submitted within the necessary time frame, Fulton County teachers are not permitted to give ANY medication to students. This is Fulton County policy. Please prioritize getting these forms completed AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. Some forms require doctors approval and signatures, which can be a lengthy process. If you are unsure if your child needs either form completed, please reach out to Ms. Paul ASAP.
  • SHS 1: prescription medication that will be carried by a TRMS teacher. ADD/ADHD medication must be carried by a teacher.
  • SHS 2: prescription and over the counter medication that will be carried by the student. Approved medications include:
    • Acetaminophen
    • Antacids
    • Aspirin
    • Cough Drops
    • Ibuprofen
    • Idol
    • Oral Antihistamines

Group Me

Our main form of communication throughout the trip with both parents and students will be the GroupMe App. Students will be required to do check-ins with their chaperone every 2 hours while in the Disney Theme Parks using the app, so please ensure your student has the app downloaded on their phone.​
